Battle of the Roses

Well, I crashed the tank this morning. Nothing serious.
Todays Muppering will have to be played by ear. Da-terminated and KimC are heading out early. I'm in meetings until 3pm and then need to change steeds.
Sounds like the Denton area is where you might find a Mupper is you are so inclined. If you want, call Da-T for info, cuz she luvs to hear from you.
(Oh, that photo was taken one night after I had a fight with a rose bush a couple years ago. I won though.)

Hookie Friday

We're playing hookie again. Meet at 1:30pm on the Rock Island Trail at Old Cheney. Well, actually the third tree from the left for those of you who don't like waiting by the trash can. Bring a mountain bike, we'll look at Wilderness but probably head along the Jamaica North trail then maybe look for some hilly gravel. Anyone is welcome.

Hookie during State tournies

And then there were two. Just the Skirt and I.
Janna discovered Wedgewood Lake. Got out to mopac and it was mush-n-muck. Back-tracked to East Campus and then out to Mahoney. The soft was sludgey. Then out to Old Cheney. Yum, love traffic exhaust. Stopped at Blues and got a morph-a-mephisto jacket.
"I hate it when I'm told I put it in the wrong hole." Oh Gravy....
Next stop, Panamamamama.

Crash-N-Burn

After some arctic probing, the Skeleton race from Denton to Malcom has been resceduled until next next weekend. (Sydney and Regina will probably still ride it tomorrow though...)
