Happy days

Happy 27th to our mensefulest Mupper!

In other newsworthy comments, if tommorroww turns out to be a snow/ice day and school is cancelled, I'm headed to El Toro to pay off my debts and add some margo's to my rumpa tum tum(my). Nothing like some beachy drinkies to scare away Jack Frost and his glummy goons.

If tomorrrormmowww turns out to just be cold... well, then, boo!

I am the "menseful-est" mupper and not just because I won the fab game of Balderdash!

All the public/private schools and all the colleges/universities except for UNL were closed. UNL doesn't close down much for weather, does it? Kinda crazy with this weather. What a bummer for ya. I know you were looking forward to playing in the snow. :D Slick riding to work this morning?

Not so bad traction-wise. Not so good eyes-wise. I think my corneas are bruised.

So, is it spiderman colouring day today?

I know this has nothing to do with the nasty weather or bruised corneas or riding a bike, but did you watch man vs. wild (is that what that show is called?) last night? I did, and I am so addicted to that show now. He was in Patagonia on last night's show. I loved the part where he lowered himself down into the middle of the glacier with a rope. He went on a puma hunt and found a dead calf (half eaten by the puma) and he ate the raw meat. :S Blech. I love that show though...I have a weird fascination with what he might do next that will gross or freak me out. Chewing the head off the snake and eating half of it, while saving some for later in his pocket got me hooked. I know! Weird fascination.

You need to talk to KT about this. I think she's a SurvivorMan addict. It's nearly the same thing except the guy in that is completely isolated. He's even his own camera crew.

Bear is... a little "look at me"ish in comparison.

New episodes every Friday night. This Friday, Patagonia part 2.

I haven't heard of that show Katie likes...but then again, this is the first time in 10 years I have had more than 4 channels. The dish the real television world is so big. I still have so much to learn. Now, I need to ask Katie of the survivor man. :D

Having only seen the show 3 times now, I don't know about Bear being all "look at me-ish". I hadn't thought that, but I have wondered about who the camera people are that go with him and how they must be very adventurous people as well.
